The group of 6 will arrive in Ahmedabad, India on or about the 9th of January ,2011. I know they will be jet lagged and excited all at the same time. The flight arrives at 6:40 am after an exhausting series of flights.
5 of the group will be travelling together from Toronto to Brussels to Mumbai and finally Ahmedabad.
They will be greeted by our friendly driver ,Gaurav and driven to the first hotel adventure -the Arts Reverie.
The group will be joined by our other adventurer who is coming from Ontario via a Mumbai visit with friends and relatives.
While in Ahmedabad we will visit temples, shrines, bazaars,museums and the kite festival day pre-activities. One other activity will be a natural dye workshop from an award winning artist.
Of course restaurants and walking tours will take place as will the all important shopping- not in malls but in stalls!

Okay! I think I get it now! First I sent a message to myself. Not really what I wanted to do! I just ordered a camera with a view finder based on discussions at the ticket counter. Yes, I'm REALLY excited!
ReplyDeleteI will definitely be a "follower" of your journey through parts of India. It will be the next best option to being a part of your tour group.
